Terms and conditions

The offer and sale of products on our website "www.maremmaofficinalis.com" are governed by these Conditions of Sale, valid for every proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the products. The confirmation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these conditions of sale.

Times and prices

Purchase methods:

Before submitting the purchase order, the customer is required to read the general conditions.

The forwarding of the order implies their automatic acceptance. The customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relevant sheets, at the indicated price and to which are added the shipping costs as shown on the website. Before confirming the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product will be summarized, the total cost in case of purchase of multiple products, the cost of additional expenses based on the type of payment selected and the amount of shipping costs. Once the purchase order has been confirmed, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming receipt and acceptance of the order, containing all the information on the products purchased, a detailed indication of the price, shipping costs, applicable taxes and of the means of payment and information on the right of withdrawal. By sending the confirmation email, the purchase contract is considered concluded and formalized. Maremmaofficinalis.com reserves the right not to accept or not process orders that are incomplete or lacking fundamental data.

Delivery times and methods

Maremmaofficinalis.com will deliver the products selected and ordered by the Customer in the manner referred to in the previous article via GLS. Delivery times, according to the provisions of art. 6 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, are on average 3 days and do not exceed 30 days starting from the day following that of transmission of the order. The invoice will be issued to the Customer in the package sent or by email using the data entered by the Customer himself during registration on the website.

To this end, we recommend that you enter your tax code.

Prices and product details:

 All sales prices of the Products on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT and all other taxes. Any promotions are to be considered valid only for the online store. The prices applied are those indicated on the Website at the time of the purchase order by the Customer. The prices of the products published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

Methods of payment, transport and delivery

Paypal: the customer can make the payment through the Paypal circuit, using a personal Paypal account or by choosing not to register for the Paypal service. In the event that the payment is not made within 2 days from the date of the order, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Maremmaofficinalis.com, the order will be canceled without notice.

With the Paypal system it is also possible to pay with Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Visa and MasterCard credit card: the customer can pay by credit card, the amount will be charged only after completing the purchase. There is no supplement.

Bonico Bancario: at the time of completion of the purchase, the IBAN to which to make the payment will be visible, the goods will leave only after the actual credit in the bank. There is no supplement.

T.transport

The goods travel on behalf and at the risk of the buyer: Maremmaofficinalis.com will therefore not be responsible for any delays or damage resulting from transport. In the event that the package arrives visibly damaged, collect the package by signing with reserve, otherwise it will not be possible to request any refund. In the event of a refusal of the package, Maremmaofficinalis.com may request the customer the full amount of the shipping costs and the cost incurred for the return to the sender of the package. The delivery terms indicated by Maremmaofficinalis.com refer to the products in stock and are to be understood as non-binding since they can be modified by Maremmaofficinalis.com in case of actual needs. Maremmaofficinalis.com reserves the right to deliver the products relating to the same order in multiple deliveries without further charges to the customer. Special terms and conditions of delivery must be agreed in advance by email or by telephone between the Customer and Maremmaofficinalis.com and accepted by both parties. Any special offers or promotions proposed by Maremmaofficinalis.com are valid until their expiry or, until the products covered by the promotion are exhausted.

Shipping

For shipments to Italy Maremma Officinalis requires a contribution of € 4.90 including VAT for orders up to € 39.90. From 39.00 euros onwards the shipping costs are free. The promotion is valid only for purchases in Italy.

For the islands the shipping cost is 6 euros.

For shipments to Europe, the costs are € 14.99.

For extra-EU shipments, the costs are to be determined according to the country.

Product warranties

Maremmaofficinalis.com guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be communicated by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery. The customer has the right to replace the damaged products after returning them, excluding the customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further. The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are to be considered charged to the customer. Maremmaofficinalis.com does not provide any additional warranty on its products with respect to that provided by individual manufacturers. Without prejudice to the hypotheses of willful misconduct or gross negligence of Maremmaofficinalis.com, it is agreed that - the responsibility of Maremmaofficinalis.com cannot exceed the price of the products purchased by the customer subject to dispute.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the ordered products within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter AR A Maremma Officinalis  VAT 01657870539 based in SP 79 Loc. Poggio la Mozza 85, 58100 Grosseto Italy within the terms established by law. The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to customized or bulk products. The refund will be made as quickly as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date on which Maremmaofficinalis.com will be informed, in the manner described above, of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Customer is required within 30 (thirty) working days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to ship the returned Products to the Maremmaofficinalis.com address, with traceable shipping and costs to be paid by the Customer.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. In the event of disputes between Mremma Officinalis and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the competent court is that of Grosseto.

Modification and update

The General Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on www.maremmaofficinalis.com
