How soon will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and processed in our warehouse in 48 hours.
Delivery takes place within 7 working days, generally 24-72 hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are 4.90 for amounts up to 39.90 euros and for amounts over 39.90 free.
The shipping costs for the islands are 6 euros.
Shipping costs for abroad are 14 euros

Do you have any certifications?
Our line is produced in an Aiab certified artisan laboratory, the 70% of our ingredients is
certified organic.
Are your products tested on animals?
Our philosophy is based on respect for the world that hosts us, respect and protection of the animal species
therefore a fundamental aspect.
However, we also point out the law that prohibits testing on animals within the European community.
Are your products vegan?
Most of our products do not contain ingredients of animal origin.
The only ingredients of animal origin that we use are honey and beeswax, both certified organic in order to guarantee the respect and protection of bees.
Are your packaging recyclable?
Most of our packaging is made of recyclable glass and PET 100%.

Do your products contain Parabens, Silicones, Mineral Oils, SLES or SLS?
Our entire line does not and will never contain: Parabens, Phenoxyethanol, Mineral Oils, Silicones, DEA, EDTA, SLES, SLS, synthetic dyes.

What is the expiry date of your products?
Our products, if unopened, have an expiry date of 2 years, once opened they have an expiry date of 6-12 months depending on the product. Find the PAO on the label and on our website in the product sheets.
My order never arrived, what can I do?

Are your products Nickel Tested?
Our entire line is Nickel, Chrome and Cobalt tested.
